Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hangry iMessage / SMS coaching service (the “Service”) provided by DUMBDUMB CORP (“Hangry”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a jurisdiction where the Service is lawful. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Service
Hangry is a conversational coaching tool that helps you log meals, track nutrition targets, and reason about your training and recovery patterns. The Service interacts with you over iMessage and SMS. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Information generated by Hangry is for educational and motivational purposes only. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical, nutritional, or fitness concerns, including before starting any diet or exercise program.
Subscription and Billing
Access is offered as a paid subscription billed at $25 USD per month or $250 USD per year, with an initial 7-day free trial that begins when you provide a payment method through Stripe Checkout. At the end of the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically and on each billing anniversary (monthly or annual, per the plan you choose) thereafter unless you cancel.
You may cancel at any time through the customer portal or by emailing araychau@gmail.com. Texting STOP stops messages immediately but does not by itself cancel billing — use the customer portal or email to end your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates these Terms
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI prompts, models, or system architecture
- Attempt to inject instructions intended to override the Service’s behavior or safety guardrails
- Use the Service to transmit content that is harmful, harassing, or that infringes others’ rights
- Share your account or phone number with another person
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Hangry a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you, including processing through our AI service providers.
WHOOP Integration
If you connect your WHOOP account, you authorize Hangry to access certain data from WHOOP via the WHOOP API on your behalf. Use of the WHOOP API is also subject to WHOOP’s terms; revoking authorization in your WHOOP account terminates Hangry’s access. Hangry is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WHOOP, Inc.
AI Output Disclaimer
Hangry uses large language models that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate output. You are responsible for evaluating any guidance before acting on it. We do not warrant the accuracy of nutrition estimates, calorie counts, macronutrient breakdowns, or any coaching content. Do not act on AI-generated content in matters of medical or physical safety without independent professional verification.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR HEALTH, FITNESS, OR WEIGHT OUTCOME.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Contact
Hangry is currently served at hangry.chat while in early validation. A custom domain will replace this URL once usage justifies it; the Service itself, your account, and these Terms are unaffected by that change.
